My name is Matthew Modesitt.
Meat, potatoes and Cabernet kind of guy. On The Road of betterment, endeavor, and failure. Voted most likely to be a Talk Show Host in 6th grade. I've been afraid of the woods my whole life, so into the woods we go. My new favorite place.
In those little moments, the small acts in the infinite mist of experience, that is where I look for stories and connection. The mundane can be magnificent and mystifying.
Also really got into Fantasy Power Metal recently.
